It is also called the ‘’Meadow of Flowers,’’ Gulmarg is a year-round heaven for travelers. In winter, its slopes transform into a snowy wonderland, a perfect for skiing, while summer reveals a carpet of wildflowers that seems straight our of a painting.

Sonmarg

The ‘’Meadow of God’’ is a dazzling paradise of alpine meadows, shimmering glaciers, and pristine rivers. Sonmarg is a gateway to adventures.

Pahalgam

It is known for its unspoiled beauty, Pahalgam offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. Surrounded by dense forests and crystal-clear rivers, it’s the perfect starting point for treks.

Srinagar

Nestled in the heart of the Kashmir valley, Srinagar is famous for its Dal lakes, which is very beautiful and i feel so grateful there.

Beyond their natural beauty, the Kashmir mountains are a rich cultural and spiritual heritage.

Kashmir valley is described as a paradise on earth. Major tourist places are Chashma Shahi springs, Shalimar Bagh, Dal Lake, etc in Srinagar; Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg, etc.

In the Valley, various ancient temple, Buddhist rites, scenic beauty in Ladakh, Vaishno Devi temple and Panitop near Jammu etc. When the heat in the plains of India become oppressive the people’s thoughts turn to the hills and many thus used to visit the Kashmir valley.

They often lived in the house boat. But at present the flow of tourists in the Kashmir valley was interfered by the ugly crimes committed by the Pakistan-inspired terrorists.

The famous shrine of Mother Goddess Vaishnodevi is visited by thousands of pilgrimage on foot or horseback.

No trip to Kashmir is complete without a visit to the famous Mughal Gardens. Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi felt like stepping into a painter’s dream.

Terraced lawns, cascading fountains, and vibrant flower beds framed against the majestic Zabarwan Mountains — every corner was a photo opportunity.

While strolling through these gardens, I met a local artisan selling pashmina shawls.

His stories about the pain staking craftsmanship behind each piece added a layer of depth to my understanding of Kashmiri culture.

When i visit mountains it feels like home and feels like i always wanted to stay here forever.
